Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing any services or products from Amercz Fitness.

We aim to provide high-quality coaching and a professional experience. Because our services involve scheduled time, planning, and access to digital content, the following terms apply.

1. Personal Training Sessions (In-Person and Online)

• Payments for single sessions and packages are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited.

• Packages purchased in bulk are issued as session credits and expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Credits are non-transferable.

If we are unable to deliver a booked session for any reason on our side, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Classes

• All class bookings are non-refundable.

• Class bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, where availability allows.

• Missed classes or late cancellations are forfeited.

3. Remote Coaching & Video Sessions

• Remote coaching follows the same terms as personal training sessions.

• Technical problems arising from the client’s device, internet connection, or software do not qualify for refunds.

• If a session cannot run due to an issue on our side, we will rearrange the session.

4. Digital Products (Programmes, PDFs and Downloads)

• All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• By purchasing a digital product, you agree that download or immediate access begins straight away and you waive your 14-day cooling-off right under UK consumer law.

• Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

(If a digital product is faulty or incorrectly described, please contact us so we can correct the issue.)

5. Booking Errors

If you believe a booking or payment was made in error, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review each case individually. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law. You may still be entitled to a refund or replacement where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or where a digital product is faulty or mis-described.

Amercz Fitness may update or amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website.
